Functional Consultants – Oracle Financials

• CA/ICWAI/M.B.A.(Finance)/M.Com with 3 years of overall IT Industry Experience
• Proven Implementation experience in Oracle Financials – GL,AP,AR,FA and Cash Management
• Age should be less than 35 years
• Preference will be given to Professionals with experience from Global Tier-I Companies
• Exposure all stages of ERP Implementation Life cycle is essential
• Experience in AIM, Project Documentation and Customer Interaction is very essential for this role.
• Excellent oral and written Communications in English and ability to travel Europe/Middle East is essential

Functional Consultants – Oracle HRMS

•  M.B.A.(HR)/MHRM/MA (PPM)  with 3 years of overall IT Industry Experience
• Proven Implementation experience in Oracle HRMS –Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Oracle Advanced Benefits, Oracle Time and Labor and iRecruitment
• Age should be less than 35 years
• Preference will be given to Professionals with experience from Global Tier-I Companies

Oracle Applications 11i Technical Consultants

• B.Tech/MCA/B.C.A/M.Tech/ Any Graduation with 3 years of IT Industry Experience
• Proven experience in Oracle Applications 11i Customizations, Interfaces, Data Conversions and Integrations
• String Exposure to AOL,OA Frame work and D2K (Forms and reports Development) is highly essential
• Any experience in Workflow, Discoverer and DBI is highly plus point
• Strong command over Oracle Applications 11i Data Model and Oracle Apps Coding standards is essential
• Excellent oral and written Communications in English and ability to travel Europe/Middle East is essential

Oracle Apps DBA

• B.E/B.Tech/M.C.A/M.Tech with minimum 3+ years of Oracle Applications 11i experience
• Proven experience in 10.7/11/11.0.3/11i Installation, Patching, Cloning, Upgrades and performance tuning
• At least one year of Core DBA Experience in 7.3.8/8i/9i/10g is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to people who have work experience in 9i/10g RAC, Net Apps Filers, SAN and Hardware/software clusters.
• Knowledge in Platform Migration and study of customizations Impact is vital
• Experience in object migration, Performance tuning and RAC Installations is required
• Oracle certification is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written Communications in English and ability to travel Europe/Middle East is essential

ITES/BPO Leads

• Any Degree/M.B.A with minimum 3+ years of experience in any BPO/KPO
• Proven experience in managing the team who are working in Data/Voice/Research domains
• At least one year of proven experience in working with North American based clientele is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to people who have work experience reputed BPO/KPOs
• Excellent oral and written Communications in English and ability to travel Europe/Middle East is essential
